We love to innovate. We believe that people are the most valuable thing we have as an organization. We love creating spaces that encourage artistic expression and development. And we believe that We are all artists<\/strong>We just need the right place and time for our art to explode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Driven by this DNA, Patagoniart emerged, the initiative that our Culture team designed to inspire us to develop our artistic side and foster our creativity, inside and outside the workplace. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is a project that reflects the IT Patagonia's commitment to the personal growth of its talents<\/a>, through free and inclusive spaces, which allow us to explore new skills and forms of expression, and connect with our creativity and authenticity in a free and collaborative environment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
