You will be a technical and functional leader, acting as a bridge between the local business and global technology teams.
Your mission will be to ensure that technological solutions are aligned with local needs, are sustainable, efficient, and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
What will your challenges be?
- Participate in root cause searches for critical and relevant incidents.
- Integrate into critical warrooms, leading the monitoring of improvement plans.
- Coordinate the roles of Incident Commander applications during critical incident management.
- Collaborate with global architecture, development, and operations teams to validate solutions.
- Ensure that application architecture decisions respond to local business needs.
- Provide technical consulting on projects that integrate multiple technological and business domains.
- Provide advice on defining and monitoring KPIs for outsourced services.
Collaborate with Capacity Management and FinOps teams to support data-driven decisions.
What do we expect from you?
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in technical-functional analysis within complex environments.
- Strong knowledge of solution architecture, incident management, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to interact with diverse technical and business teams, both local and global.
- Analytical, documentation and effective communication skills.
- Training in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
Experience in collaborative work and priority management in agile contexts.
Desirable
- Experience in financial or banking environments.
- Knowledge of observability tools (Dynatrace, Zabbix, Grafana).
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems and platforms such as OpenShift and WebSphere Application Server (WAS).
- Knowledge of Oracle, MongoDB or Redis databases.
- Experience in microservices-based architectures and RESTful APIs.
