Lead a development team technically and humanly, serving as a leader in best practices, architecture, and technical decision-making. In addition to guiding the team, you will actively participate in development, ensuring scalable, modern solutions aligned with business objectives.
What will your challenges be?
- Lead a development cell, providing technical and functional support to its members.
- Actively participate in the development of key components of the solution.
- Define and ensure the correct implementation of microservices-based architectures and microfrontends.
- Ensure good development practices, performance and scalability.
- Coordinate with other cells and technical areas to ensure smooth integration between services.
- Promote the adoption of AI tools and practices to support productivity and innovation.
- Promote a collaborative work environment, open to consultation and shared learning.
Track progress, blockages, and opportunities for improvement within the team.
What do we expect from you?
- Solid experience in development with Java and React.
- Advanced knowledge in microservices, microfrontends, Kubernetes and Spring Boot.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
- Management of Kafka and experience in public cloud.
- Ability to lead agile teams technically and humanly.
- Communication skills, active listening and collaboration.
Proactive profile, with strategic vision and results orientation.
Desirable
- Previous experience as a Tech Lead or technical reference.
- Knowledge of AI tools applied to development.
- Experience in integrating complex architectures and scalable environments.
