Regulatory Compliance Analyst with a Technology Focus

What are we looking for in you?
- Be a graduate in Systems Analyst or Engineer, or related fields.
- Experience in banking and/or fintech. CISM and CISSP certifications are a plus.
- Possess the following technical competencies: knowledge of banking-related processes, applications/systems, and related technology. Knowledge of regulations from organizations such as the Central Bank of Argentina (BCRA) and the Public Administration. Knowledge of internal control, procedures, circuits, methodologies, internal control tools, etc. is desirable.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management.
- Experience in the development of monitoring indicators (KRI).
- Ability to adapt to changes and work in a cooperative and constructive manner.
- Good interpersonal skills, organized and methodical, proactive attitude, and aptitude for teamwork.
- Be ethical, trustworthy, empathetic, communicative, creative, respectful, responsible, judicious, and precise.
- Knowledge and skills in using computer tools (primarily Word, Excel, databases, Power BI, etc.) and analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities
Interaction and monitoring of compliance with regulations established by regulatory bodies regarding systems and technology.
Analysis, development and definition of regulatory frameworks, policies and processes
Develop monitoring indicators related to regulatory aspects.
Assist in monitoring compliance with the action plans designed by the Bank.
Collaborate in the preparation of specific reports required by Control Bodies.
It is considered a plus
- Experience in audit procedures, methodologies and tools.
- Postgraduate studies and/or training in topics related to the points mentioned.
