Sr./Mr. Functional Analyst

What are we looking for in you?
2 to 4 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
Ability to interpret business processes and translate them into functional requirements.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with different areas.
It is considered a plus
- Knowledge of process analysis, ideally in the banking sector, is valued.
- Understanding and reading Cobol and JCL programming languages.
Responsibilities
Translate business requirements to the design, development, and quality teams, collaborating in the identification of dependencies in the functionalities to be built.
Evolve the business rules document created by the PO based on the modifications that arise after the MVP.
Maximize delivery value by prioritizing the product backlog, always considering the vision and scope defined by the Product Owner.
User Story and Task Manager is responsible for creating and detailing tasks, making changes, rejecting them, or deleting them as needed. This requires ongoing tracking of them.
Lead and coordinate refinements to gain clarity through conversations, identify new user stories, and update existing ones along with their acceptance criteria.
As a backlog manager, make it visible so that it's transparent and clear to everyone and shows what the team will work on next.
Maintain constant synchronization with the product owner to prioritize and manage estimates for future work.
Provide support to the TL and PO to manage and administer releases, validating results, and coordinating deliveries across different environments (QA, PRE, PROD).
Manage production incidents and provide visibility into their status through the CRM tool.
