We are seeking a person with experience in traditional programming languages to join our technical team. This role has a key impact on the maintenance and evolution of core systems, providing analysis, development, and documentation of critical components.
What will your challenges be?
- Analyze the logic of components developed in Assembler.
- Develop new modules using COBOL.
- Run unit and benchmark tests.
- Document both the functional logic of the programs and the test results.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience in development with COBOL.
- Experience in code analysis and maintenance in Assembler.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test new applications or modifications to existing ones.
- Implement improvements and perform application maintenance.
- Provide support for the production of the applications under your responsibility.
- Prepare technical documentation and participate in requirements refinements.
- Estimate the effort required to develop new features.
