What are we looking for in you?
• Be a graduate in Economics and/or Law.
• Experience in Banks and/or Fintech.
• Possess the following technical competencies: knowledge of business processes and support related to banking activities and related matters. Knowledge of regulations from organizations such as the BCRA, CNV, UIF, AGN, SIGEN, and the Public Administration. Knowledge of internal control, computer applications/systems, procedures, circuits, methodologies, internal control tools, etc. is desirable. Ability to adapt to changes and work cooperatively and constructively as a team.
• Be ethical, trustworthy, empathetic, communicative, creative, respectful, responsible, judicious, and precise.
• Knowledge and skill in using computer tools (mainly Word, Excel, databases, Power BI, etc.)
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the team leader in providing assistance and support to Bank Management regarding internal control and monitoring of remediation actions by the Governing Body/Control Bodies.
Interaction and monitoring of compliance with regulations established by the Control Bodies.
Analysis, development and definition of regulatory frameworks, policies and processes.
Collaborate in the tasks of preparing specific annual reports on internal control required by Control Bodies
It is considered a plus
• Experience with procedures, agile methodologies, and project management. High level of autonomy and prioritization skills in dynamic environments.
• Postgraduate studies and/or training in topics related to the points mentioned.
