We are looking for someone passionate about data and innovation, with analytical skills and a business focus. Your mission will be to generate strategic insights that drive informed decisions and generate value in a dynamic, collaborative, and continuously improving environment.
What will your challenges be?
- Monitor key business KPIs and generate early warnings.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to extract insights from the sales channel.
- Control and optimize information ingestion in the Datalake and Datawarehouse.
- Perform data analysis to identify business opportunities alongside other areas.
- Perform data quality checks and ingestions.
- Document quality analysis and testing processes.
- Promote improvements in data processes seeking efficiency and automation.
- Contribute to the development of solutions alongside modeling, analysis, and development teams.
- Implement data integrity, security, and governance practices.
- Coordinate data tasks with the rest of the team.

- Knowledge of creating dashboards and reports with visualization tools such as Power BI or MicroStrategy
- Knowledge of BI tools, AWS, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
- Knowledge of Martech tools
What do we expect from you?
- Experience in data model design and analytics, preferably in banking.
- Analytical, proactive profile with good interpersonal skills.
- Experience in SQL queries to obtain metrics (marketing, sales, performance).
