Data Engineer (Data Bricks)

You will be part of a team dedicated to the internal development of Artificial Intelligence projects with a focus on operational efficiency.
Your mission will be to work across the entire AI solutions lifecycle: from design and modeling to implementation, optimization, and final delivery. You will have a comprehensive role combining data engineering, LLM-based model development, intelligent agents, and pipeline orchestration at Databricks.
What will your challenges be?
- Participate in the design and implementation of AI cases aimed at improving internal processes.
- Building, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines in Databricks.
- Develop solutions based on Large Language Models (LLM) and intelligent agents applied to real-world problems.
- Integrate data from diverse sources and ensure quality, stability, and governance in the developed models.
- Design and execute queries in SQL for data analysis and preparation.
- Program and automate processes using Python.
- Working alongside internal teams to understand business needs and transform them into high-impact AI solutions.
- Participate in the validation, testing, and documentation of each delivery.
- Collaborate in the final presentation of results and proposals for improvement.
What do we expect from you?
- Domain of Databricks (exclusive).
- Solid knowledge in Python for the development of AI solutions and pipeline automation.
- Excellent handling of SQL for data analysis, modeling, and preparation.
- Experience or applied knowledge in LLM, agents and generative AI tools.
- Ability to work in an integrated way combining data engineering, modeling and development of intelligent solutions.
- Analytical thinking, proactivity, and technical autonomy.
Desirable
- Previous experience in internal automation or operational efficiency projects.
- Knowledge of MLOps or production flows for AI models.
- Experience integrating models into applications or business flows.
- Knowledge of agent frameworks (LangChain, Agentic frameworks, etc.).
