Join the development team to design, develop, and implement new features within the Salesforce ecosystem. You'll be responsible for ensuring the technical quality of solutions, their integration with other systems, and continuous platform improvement, driving the technological evolution of the business.
What will your challenges be?
- Analyze and identify functional requirements related to the billing process for individual and corporate clients.
- Develop and maintain applications in .NET, ensuring scalability, performance, and quality.
- Design, optimize and maintain stored procedures, functions and complex queries in MS SQL Server.
- Implement automations for generating, sending, and controlling invoices.
- Ensure the integration of the billing system with collections, accounting, affiliate, and management reporting modules.
- Implement and maintain electronic invoicing in accordance with ARCA and regulatory agency standards.
- Perform unit and end-to-end testing, document developments, and maintain traceability of changes.
- Provide second-level support for billing-related incidents.
- Propose technical and functional improvements that optimize processing times and reduce errors.
- Work closely with the Project Leader and development team to define and review applicable standards and regulations.
What do we expect from you?
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in development on the Salesforce Platform.
- Solid knowledge of Apex and/or Java.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Knowledge of SOQL / SQL.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, autonomous and results-oriented profile.
Desirable
- Experience in Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
- University education or advanced student of Systems or related careers.
Experience in agile environments and good development practices.
