We are seeking a person with experience in object-oriented software development to join our team and actively participate in the estimation, design, construction, maintenance, and integration of systems. This role has a strong impact on the continuity of the services we provide, with a focus on continuous improvement, technological research, and incident resolution.
What will your challenges be?
- Participate in software analysis, design and development activities.
- Collaborate in the design of new products, services, and evolutionary improvements.
- Estimate functional and technical requirements.
- Research new technologies, tools and work methodologies.
- Attend to and resolve incidents related to production environments.
What do we expect from you?
Development technologies
- Java 1.8 to 1.11.
- Object-oriented programming.
- Microservices development.
- Creating unit tests with JUnit.
- REST / SOAP Web Services.
- Spring Boot.
- Frontend: React or Angular (desirable).
Systems and environments
- Unix / Linux environments.
- Shell scripting (bash, ksh).
- Containers: Docker.
Database
- Experience with MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of distributed caching systems (e.g. Redis).
- Handling messaging queues such as Kafka, RabbitMQ or ActiveMQ.
- Using analysis tools such as ELK Stack.
Versioning and flows
- Using tools like Git or SVN.
It is considered a plus
