Your mission will be to lead a strategic project from start to finish within the financial sector, coordinating multiple technical and functional teams to ensure quality deliverables, adherence to deadlines, cost control, and alignment with the Client's strategy.
You will be a key reference in project governance and in the articulation between Mainframe, Open Platform, Architecture, Security and DevOps teams, driving the modernization of core systems and ensuring operational continuity.
What will your challenges be?
- Lead the planning, execution and comprehensive control of the project, coordinating internal teams, the Client and third parties involved.
- Define and maintain the governance structure (Steering Committee, Coordination Committee and technical/functional monitoring).
- Supervise the various tracks of the service and its dependencies.
- Manage risks, changes, deviations and mitigations with a preventive approach.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (BCRA, ISO 9001), traceability and operational continuity.
- Consolidate executive and technical reports for the Monitoring Committees, presenting progress, deviations, and key decisions.
- Prepare project status reports for management and executive audiences.
- Promote synergy between the teams involved (Mainframe, Architecture, DevOps, Security, Open Platform).
- Represent the contractor to the Client, maintaining a fluid, reliable and professional communication channel.
- Ensure knowledge transfer and alignment with the Client's technology strategy.
What do we expect from you?
- Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
- More than 10 years in the management of large-scale technology projects.
- More than 5 years of experience in banking or financial services.
- Migration and modernization of mainframe environments (IBM z/OS, COBOL, CICS, DB2, MQ).
- Integration and optimization of application ecosystems.
- Implementation of BI/observability dashboards and management of operational KPIs.
- Coordination of multidisciplinary teams and managed services.
