Your mission will be to design and evolve the architecture of the Bank's solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, technology strategy, and business needs.
You will not develop code, but you will contribute your technical and strategic vision to build comprehensive, scalable and secure solutions, working cross-functionally with multiple teams.
¿What will your challenges be??
- Design and evolve the architecture of each solution from its conception to its entry into production.
- Ensure that the architecture considers the domains of business, data, technology, and security.
- Collaborate with domain architects to ensure alignment with corporate standards, policies, and guidelines.
- To be a technical reference in forums, committees and spaces where proposals, technical decisions and evolution plans are presented.
- Identify technical capabilities, platforms, and technologies needed for each solution, prioritizing reuse and standardization.
- Participate in planning (QBRs) ensuring the use of defined technologies (cloud first, cloud native, global platforms).
- To drive technological evolution due to obsolescence or the need for change.
- Interact closely with Delivery teams and Technical Team Leads in the transition from design to development.
- Evaluate technical business proposals and justify, with a critical and technical perspective, decisions that ensure the sustainability of the application ecosystem.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience of 2+ years as a Software Architect or Solutions Architect.
- At least 3 years as a developer in technologies such as Java, Spring, Node, Python, GO or frontends such as Angular/React (technical background is key).
- Experience in financial/banking business environments (BIAN) — highly valued.
Required technical knowledge:
- APIs, microservices, microfronts, design patterns, messaging/events, security/IAM/authentication.
- Containers and Kubernetes (EKS, OpenShift, ECS) and communication platforms (service mesh, nginx, etc.).
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases: RDS, DynamoDB, Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB, Redis, among others.
- Experience or knowledge in cloud (any provider): code execution, cloud native architectures, storage, queues, file managers.
- Desirable knowledge of API Managers.
- Good understanding of agile methodologies, project management, and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of QA principles and their impact on design.
Desirable
- Previous experience in platform modernization and cloud migrations.
- Knowledge of observability tools and practices.
- Experience in hybrid ecosystems or migrations from legacy environments.
