About the project
ICBC, the world's largest bank by market capitalization, chose us to boost the growth of its exclusive customer e-commerce platform.
We helped them accelerate delivery and scale the platform with agility and security, leading a strategic project that combined technical excellence, agile methodologies, and a focus on continuous improvement.
What we did
Diagnosis We identified the bottlenecks that impacted time to market and established technical and business priorities.
Agile cells We built two full-stack cells with technical leaders, experts, and developers at different levels, aligned with clear objectives.
Development We implemented new features, technical improvements, vulnerability mitigation, and bug fixes.
Scalability We co-created an architecture prepared for continued growth and recognized in the Argentine digital ecosystem.
Together with IT Patagonia, we are working on the development of ICBC Mall to position it as the best banking marketplace in Argentina. We are working 100% on product development with two work cells provided by IT Patagonia, which allows us to keep our marketplace competitive and highly attractive to ICBC customers.
