Patagoniart: the community in which we are all artists
We love to innovate. We believe that people are the most valuable thing we have as an organization. We love creating spaces that encourage artistic expression and development. And we believe that We are all artistsWe just need the right place and time for our art to explode.
Driven by this DNA, Patagoniart emerged, the initiative that our Culture team designed to inspire us to develop our artistic side and foster our creativity, inside and outside the workplace.
It is a project that reflects the IT Patagonia's commitment to the personal growth of its talents, through free and inclusive spaces, which allow us to explore new skills and forms of expression, and connect with our creativity and authenticity in a free and collaborative environment.
We invite you to learn a little more about Patagoniart Creative Club and share the first steps of Patagonian artists.
We are to do and we do to be
In IT Patagonia We believe in the power of authentic ideas and in the art that is born from the essence of the human being..
“We are to do and we do to be” means that, by cultivating creativity and art, we help people connect with their true selves.
Art allows us to be innovative, experiment “outside the box” and adapt to changes.
We want every Patagonian to find the freedom they need to explore and share their artistic passion, and that this allows them to achieve well-being and a sense of personal and professional purpose.
It is a fundamental expression of our Patagonian culture. The manifestation of our values of community, invention, passion and expression.
How? Through the inclusive and diverse environment that is generated by creating spaces for creativity, where every Patagonian feels free to express their ideas and passions.
This approach contributes to achieving a work environment that not only promotes innovation, but also inspires each team member to contribute value from their authenticity and share moments that generate a stronger connection.
Through art and creativity we achieve Increase team productivity and quality of life.
This is how the Patagoniart experience is being lived
We are beginning to finalize the first proposals and we wanted to know what our talents are feeling.
We know that you are having a great time, because we experience the festive atmosphere every day. But, to find out a little more, we asked participants of the first Patagoniart proposals what they think of the proposal, what their experience is like and what lessons they take away from the experience, and this is what they told us.
What do you think about Patagoniart Creative Club?
“I think it is an excellent initiative, as it shows a company that cares deeply about the integral well-being of the people who are part of it. It is not just about working on work objectives, but about offering spaces so that we can explore interests and disconnect from the routine,” she told us. Agostina Di Brigida, culture and employer brand analyst and DJ workshop participant.
Alejandra Bravo, Java developer and participant in the photography workshop, added an interesting perspective: “I really like the idea of the project because it helps us develop in some creative activity that interests us, whether we have previous experience or not. In addition, it helps me to take my mind off work and to connect with people from other areas that I might not have met in another situation.”
Rocio Pelussa, a member of the Talent Attraction team and a participant in the photography workshop, did not want to be left out of the praise and told us: “I think it is a super cool initiative! I think that the company where you work offers options to enjoy beyond work tasks is very valuable.”
What would you highlight from your experience so far?
Agostina feels that the experience so far has been very rewarding. “Not only is it an activity where I learn something new, but I really get to disconnect, have fun and share good times with people who have similar interests. It is a space where I can explore my creativity and acquire skills that I never thought I would develop.”
And, as if that were not enough, she told us that she is excited to participate, since in addition to being a time of learning, it is an excellent way to do something she is passionate about, with a friendly and motivating dynamic, which encourages her to give her best while enjoying an activity that she likes. Well done, Agos!
For Martin Brey, a member of the PMO team, the DJ workshop is a very fun and well-organized activity. And Rocío adds: “I love it! I am very happy with the proposal, the way it is given and the content. In addition to what we learn, I think that it adds value to meet other Patagonians, expand the network, be part of something more.”
Do you recommend this experience to Patagonians who haven't yet joined?
Faced with this question There is unanimity.
“I would definitely recommend these workshops to the entire team!”
“Participating in Patagoniart gave me the opportunity to return to an activity that I had always wanted to try, but had put off for some reason.”
“We often make excuses for not exploring new interests or learning something outside our comfort zone, and the workshop gave me that push to stop putting off something that had been interesting to me for a long time.”
“I recommend it to 100%, because it is a couple of hours a week where we can clear our minds, learn something new, share with colleagues from the company and have fun!”
“Absolutely! Anyone interested in adding this recreational knowledge to their life will not regret it.”
Patagoniart Creative Club started with it all! And it's just the beginning, really!
This space, which allows us to connect with other people from IT Patagonia who have similar interests, strengthens our sense of community and constantly renews its proposals.
