At IT Patagonia, we are looking for a Senior AI Software Engineer to join our technology team. We are seeking someone with experience in the design, development, and operation of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions in production environments. The primary focus of this role is not training foundational models. The goal is to build software products, platforms, and capabilities that leverage AI in a secure, scalable, and maintainable way.

The person filling the role will combine strong software engineering practices with experience in language models (LLMs). It will also implement agents, automations, and information retrieval architectures (RAG) and distributed systems.
