IT Patagonia's Senior Management adopts and maintains a Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the guidelines of ISO 9001:2015, as a framework to ensure the continuity, growth and sustainable development of the organization in the national and international markets.
This system is geared towards consolidating the business through operational efficiency and organizational strengthening, integrating a vision of sustainability based on the triple economic, social and environmental impact, where not only the results achieved matter, but also the way in which they are achieved.
IT Patagonia develops a Process Management, based on continuous improvement, with a focus on service quality, customer satisfaction and loyalty, interpreting and responding to their needs and expectations, and promoting a close, collaborative and long-term relationship.
To achieve these objectives, the organization bases its Quality Policy on the active participation of people, promoting participatory leadership, the development of solid and collaborative work teams, and fluid interaction between external and internal clients, as pillars for efficient, innovative and sustainable management.
