At IT Patagonia, we believe that technology is a strategic enabler: when combined with knowledge, ethics, and people, it transforms the way organizations work. We are looking for a .NET Development professional to design, build, evolve, and maintain software solutions in .NET 6 or higher, applying DDD and Clean/Onion Architecture, in both distributed Windows and containerized environments with OpenShift/Kubernetes.

What will your challenges be?

  • Building robust solutions on .NET: You will develop batches, APIs (OpenAPI) and services (.NET Worker Services) in .NET 6 or higher, as well as microservices in .NET 10 / C# 13, using SOLID and Clean Code principles.
  • To give a solid architectural foundation to what we build: You will apply Onion/Clean Architecture and DDD to ensure that the solutions are maintainable and evolve with the business.
  • Modernize what already exists: You will migrate solutions built in .NET 4.8 to current platforms.
  • Making data respond with performance: You will design and optimize schemas in SQL Server (indexes, query tuning, execution plans), program in T-SQL (functions, triggers) and work with Entity Framework Core (mapping, migrations, LINQ) and Dapper when high performance is required.
  • Bringing solutions to production in containers: You will build multi-stage Docker images, deploy to OpenShift/Kubernetes (Deployments, ConfigMaps, Secrets) and configure CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
  • Deploying and maintaining applications on Windows Server: You will publish and configure ASP.NET Core applications on IIS (Application Pools, bindings, HTTPS), manage SSL/TLS certificates, and monitor with IIS Logs, Event Viewer, and Application Insights.
  • Making what happens in production visible: You will implement observability with traces in OpenTelemetry, prompt logging, and alerts.
  • Resolve incidents to the root cause: You will retrieve, analyze, and resolve incident and requirement tickets in test and production, diagnosing errors in logs, traces, and events, documenting the solution, updating the knowledge base, and coordinating with the functional and QA areas before closure.
  • Guarantee quality and safety: You will write unit and integration tests with xUnit/NUnit + Moq (coverage ≥ 80%), review code in pull requests, and implement authentication/authorization with OAuth 2.0 / JWT.

What do we expect from you?
