We are looking for an AI professional to manage the entire project lifecycle, from defining objectives to implementing and integrating models, working alongside engineers, data scientists, domain experts, and stakeholders to automate workflows across complex business areas and improve operational efficiency.
What will your challenges be?
- Taking AI from objective to solution: You will develop and implement machine learning models and artificial intelligence solutions, including LLM models, supporting each project from the definition of its objectives.
- Transforming data into a reliable foundation: You will collect, clean, and preprocess large volumes of data so that models are built on quality information.
- Achieving more accurate and efficient models: You will optimize and adjust existing models with advanced techniques such as hyperparameter tuning, feature selection, and regularization.
- Integrating AI into real products: You will collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate models into applications and products, and deploy them in production systems on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or on-premises.
- Sustaining performance over time: You will monitor and update the models as needed, analyzing their results and performance with statistical techniques and data analysis.
- Choosing the best tools for each project: you will identify best practices and tools, and test different models to find the approach that best meets each need.
- Always be one step ahead: you will stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advances in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
- Documenting knowledge: You will document the developments, processes, and results of the projects so that the team can learn from them and build upon them.
What do we expect from you?
Technical Requirements
- AI experience: five or more years applying AI to practical and comprehensive technological solutions (mandatory).
- Programming: experience in languages such as R, Go, Java or Python (exclusive).
- Machine learning and deep learning: demonstrable experience in machine learning, deep learning, TensorFlow, natural language processing (NLP), LangChain, LlamaIndex, among others (exclusive).
- APIs and databases: experience in REST API development, NoSQL database design and relational database management system (RDBMS) optimization (required).
- Mathematics and statistics: solid knowledge in mathematics, statistics and data analysis (exclusive).
- Large volumes of data: experience in handling large volumes of data and processing techniques (essential).
- Communication: skills to present analysis and results to non-technical teams (essential).
