What will your challenges be?
- Perform the technical survey and end-to-end mapping of data flows, identifying origins, transformations, and points of consumption.
- Create and maintain technical documentation of the data lifecycle, such as dictionaries, lineage, and business rules.
- Collaborate with Artificial Intelligence teams in defining and implementing quality controls and governance for the data that feeds the models.
- Work alongside Data Stewards and business areas to understand and document the meaning and use of information.
- Identify and document the organization's critical data assets and those responsible for them.
- Support the implementation of data governance policies and standards in new projects.
- Use cataloging and lineage tools to record and visualize information flows.
- Ensure that new solutions are designed following best practices in data governance, in collaboration with development and architecture teams.
What do we expect from you?
- Extensive experience in Data Governance, Data Management or Business Intelligence roles, preferably in the banking sector.
- Proven experience in data flow mapping, lineage analysis, and metadata documentation.
- Solid knowledge of the data lifecycle and the implementation of governance policies.
- Ability to perform database queries using SQL.
- Understanding the concepts of AI and Machine Learning and their relationship to data quality.
- Experience in using data cataloging tools.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
