At IT Patagonia, we are looking to add a person to our Cloud & Platform team for the role of IT Financial Operations Analyst, with a strong focus on financial control, supplier monitoring, and operational governance.
The primary objective of this role is to improve the predictability, efficiency, and transparency of third-party costs by orchestrating and providing visibility into supplier consumption. This role will act as a key liaison, aligning technical teams with areas such as Procurement, Information Security, and Finance to reduce operational friction and facilitate decision-making.
What will your challenges be?
Consolidate and monitor the budgets of the area's suppliers.
Track actual costs versus projected costs (actual vs. forecast), identifying deviations and optimization opportunities.
Define and measure service level indicators (SLAs) for both internal and supplier users.
Manage the day-to-day operational relationship with suppliers, ensuring their performance and compliance.
Coordinate with internal teams the flow of purchases and supplier registrations to ensure alignment and predictability.
Manage training, events and consumption associated with the relationship with third parties.
Generate clear and actionable reports for strategic decision-making.
What do we expect from you?
- Solid experience in financial management, budgeting and cost control.
- Previous experience working with IT providers or technology services.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to generate reports.
- Knowledge of supplier governance models and IT service delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (stakeholders).
- Profile oriented towards control, order and efficiency.
