At IT Patagonia we are looking to add to our team a Project Manager with strategic vision and great execution capacity to lead a large-scale technology migration program in the financial sector.
The person who takes on this role will be central to ensuring the success of the transformation, leading the governance of the program, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring that execution is aligned with the strategic objectives of the business, generating a lasting positive impact.
What will your challenges be?
- Lead the governance of the program, overseeing the master plan to identify deviations, dependencies, and risks early on.
- Consolidate and communicate the status of the program (progress, risks and key decisions) to Senior Management through executive dashboards.
- Act as a critical facilitator, coordinating cross-functional teams (business, technology, operations) and managing relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Apply agile and predictive methodologies to accelerate delivery, optimizing schedules, milestones, and control points.
- Anticipate operational impacts and define robust mitigation plans to ensure business continuity.

What do we expect from you?
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation or migration projects in the banking sector.
- End-to-end knowledge of banking processes and understanding of hybrid technological ecosystems (Mainframe/COBOL and Open platforms).
- Proficiency in project planning and management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
- Strategic vision and a strong ability to coordinate collaboration between technical and business teams in highly complex environments.
