At IT Patagonia we are looking for a person to work as Senior Project Manager With solid experience in managing technology projects and financial control, the successful candidate will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment focused on people development and continuous improvement. This role will be responsible for leading complex projects from end to end, ensuring timely delivery, and managing the financial health of each initiative.
What will your challenges be?
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and scope of projects.
- Prepare and control the budget (baseline) and the financial projections (forecast).
- Coordinate billing milestones and track the organization's collections.
- Lead multidisciplinary work teams, promoting a healthy and sustainable pace.
- Maintain a record of risks, assumptions, incidents, and dependencies (RAID).
- Prepare executive status reports combining progress and financial data.
- Manage change requests (change requests) evaluating its economic impact.
What do we expect from you?
- Practical experience in agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience in hybrid management under the guidelines of Project Management Institute (PMI).
- Skill in planning and controlling scope, time, costs and quality.
- Cross-functional leadership skills, negotiation and clear communication with stakeholders.
- Experience using management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Use of spreadsheets for cost and budget models.
