We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Professional to ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of our payments and collections platform, combining test automation with manual QA for functional validations, financial flows, and integrations with external systems.
What will your challenges be?
- Automate quality from the backend: You will design, develop and maintain automated tests (unit, integration and/or end-to-end) for backend services and APIs, providing confidence in every delivery.
- Protect critical platform flows: You will be running manual functional and exploratory tests on payments, collections, reconciliations, and integrations, where accuracy is critical.
- Ensure consistent and reliable data: You will validate REST APIs and backend services to ensure the consistency and quality of the information that flows through the platform.
- Bring order and traceability to the testing strategy: you will define, execute and maintain test plans and cases, both manual and automated.
- Turn findings into solutions: You will analyze results, document defects, and follow up until their resolution, so that each problem detected is effectively closed.
- Building quality as a team: You will collaborate closely with development, product, and other involved teams to ensure quality deliveries.
- Raise the standard of QA: You will contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, best practices and quality standards.
What do we expect from you?
- QA experience with a focus on automation: more than 5 years of QA experience, with a strong focus on QA Automation (mandatory).
- Test automation: demonstrable experience in backend and/or API test automation (required).
- Manual testing: experience in functional and exploratory manual testing (exclusive).
- REST API validation: solid knowledge with tools such as Postman, Swagger or others (exclusive).
- Cypress: Experience with frameworks and automation tools such as Cypress (required).
- Integration testing: experience in integration testing and end-to-end flow validation (required).
