About the project
Banco Galicia, one of Argentina's leading private banks, needed to reduce processing times for critical milestones and ensure timely service availability.
To solve this challenge, we helped you develop an effective roadmap to improve the turnaround times of longer batch processes.

What we did

We review daily and monthly reports.

We investigate the data inputs and input them into OPTI, our proprietary tool.

We design and test improvement proposals and create exportable reports.

We managed to reduce the processing times of milestones between 30% and 60%.
