About the project

Santander, the leading private bank in the Argentine financial system in terms of savings and credit volume, faced a strategic challenge: reducing processing time for critical chains and reducing MIP consumption. 

To solve this problem, we implemented a process dedicated to detecting critical jobs and optimizing those with the highest consumption and duration.

What we did

Diagnosis
We implemented our OPTI tool to detect critical jobs.
Remediation

We designed a detailed plan to optimize the most energy-intensive and long-lasting jobs.

Rapid implementation

We implemented improvements to the chains, with results from the first month.

We have achieved significant improvements in time since the start of the project.
