About the project
Mainframe-based infrastructures are facing a significant talent shortage. Furthermore, systems programmer profiles are among the hardest to find, and there are no training programs available in this field.
We develop A tailor-made training program for HSBC, which shortened the learning curve and formed a solid work team.
What we did
Mapping We identify the technological needs to be resolved according to business objectives.
Training We develop a tailor-made academic proposal.
Mixed modality We combine theoretical presentations and practical exercise guides to foster knowledge acquisition, leadership, and teamwork.
Mentoring We support the acquisition of knowledge and skills with experienced and skilled mentors.

The training designed by IT Patagonia and Codeki helped us overcome the talent shortage by training a group of HSBC interns in this technology. The on-the-job mentoring methodology allowed students to reduce their learning curve and acquire the necessary knowledge in less time and more organically.
