Job Objective

Experienced Project Manager to lead strategic and technological projects that support the organization's objectives. Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling highly complex and far-reaching projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with the expected quality.

What are we looking for in you?

Planning and Organization

  • Develop and manage project plans, including objectives, scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
  • Identify and document project requirements, including stakeholder needs.
  • Establish and manage project objectives and metrics.

Leadership

  • Lead strategic and tactical projects that support the organization's objectives.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with the IT team that owns the project.

Risk and change management

  • Identify and document project risks and changes
  • Develop mitigation plans.
  • Monitor and control risks.
  • Communicate them to the Government PMO.

Quality Management and delivery of results.

  • Ensure that testing is performed and quality standards agreed upon for the project are maintained.

Budget management

  • Identify the resources needed for the project
  • Monitor resource allocation and impact on the Business Case.
  • Ensure project delivery on time and in the correct manner. In the event of a deviation, identify the financial impact of the delay with the Government PMO.

Reporting and communication

  • Under the framework defined by the Government PMO, update projects and ensure effective communication.

It is considered a plus

  • Advanced level of English.
  • AWS Certified Data Specialist certification or equivalent in AWS data technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for defining data architectures for digital solutions and initiating projects at the level of the projects served.
  • Review of intake processes.
  • Definition of architecture on the stages and life cycle of data.
  • Implement and maintain good data security and governance practices in the architecture, ensuring compliance with privacy standards and regulations.
  • Implement and maintain good practices for data integrity and system performance.
  • Database design, optimization and migration.
  • Coordination of data tasks with Data Engineers.
  • Work in a coordinated manner with the Enterprise Datawarehouse Architect and the AI Architect.
  • Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design and develop highly scalable and high-performance data architectures on AWS, using services such as Amazon S3, Amazon Redshift,
    Amazon Athena, Amazon Glue, Amazon EMR, Amazon Kinesis, etc.
  • Design and implement efficient and reliable data flows, including source system integration, data transformation, and data warehousing.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies and tools in the field of cloud data management and analysis.
