At IT Patagonia we are looking to add a Functional Analyst to our team, who will act as a key link between the business team and the technical team during the implementation of the ODOO tool.
Its main purpose will be to guide the client organization in the adoption of the system's standard functionalities, using its analytical judgment and strategic vision to discern between customizations that add value and those that are unnecessary, ensuring product integrity and optimizing future maintenance costs.
What will your challenges be?
- Lead the analytical perspective of the project, serving as an intermediary between the needs of the end user and the technological capabilities of the tool.
- Conduct requirements gathering, actively listen, ask follow-up questions, and analyze in depth to separate critical operational requests from superfluous requests.
- To guide those who use the system to adapt their processes to Odoo's standard functionalities, explaining the benefits and mitigating the need for custom developments.
- Participate in the strategic definition of the implementation of the modules, ensuring that the solutions align with the business objectives.
- Act as a trusted consultant to the client organization, helping them understand how to maximize the value of the tool.
- Facilitate conversations and negotiations, advocating for best implementation practices with clear and assertive communication.
- Collaborate closely with the development team, the Project Leader, and other technical profiles to ensure aligned execution.
What do we expect from you?
- Solid track record and seniority as a Functional Analyst, with proven experience in projects implementing technological tools (ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Ability to understand complex business processes and act as a link between functional and technical areas.
- Key Skills:
- Analytical criteria: Ability to listen, analyze, question and discern with a strategic approach.
- Assertive communication: Ability to guide, negotiate and, when necessary, put the brakes on requests that deviate from standards.
- Functional leadership: Autonomy to support the project and interact with multiple stakeholders.
- Business orientation: Deep interest in understanding the client organization's business in order to propose the best solutions.
Desirable
- Previous experience in Odoo implementations is valued, although it is not an exclusive requirement.
