At IT Patagonia, we are looking to add a Jira Service Management Administrator to our team. This individual will possess the autonomy and functional judgment necessary to evolve our service solutions. The successful candidate will be key in managing and optimizing the cloud version of the platform, ensuring its alignment with ITSM best practices and business needs.
This role is fundamental to ensuring that our teams have efficient and well-configured tools, actively participating in the continuous improvement of service management processes.
What will your challenges be?
- Manage and configure projects in advanced ways in Jira Service Management (Cloud).
- Design, implement and adjust workflows, SLAs, request types and service portals.
- Implement automations and evolutionary improvements to optimize platform efficiency.
- Manage permission schemes to ensure security and proper user access.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Resolve functional and technical issues related to the platform.
- Document key configurations and processes to ensure knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with key users in meetings to understand their needs and propose improvements.
What do we expect from you?
- Over 3 years of experience working with the Atlassian ecosystem.
- Specific experience of more than 2 years in the administration of Jira Service Management.
- Proven experience in Cloud environments (required).
- Expertise in advanced SLA configuration and automation.
- Solid understanding of ITSM (IT Service Management) processes.
Desirable
- Experience with Jira Software.
- Knowledge of ITIL.
