At IT Patagonia, we are looking to add an ETL Developer to our team for a key project in the healthcare technology industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing data integration processes between various critical systems, ensuring the quality, security, and availability of information.
This role is fundamental to ensuring that clinical and administrative information flows correctly and securely between systems such as HIS, ERP, laboratories and regulatory platforms, directly impacting the operability of the health sector.
What will your challenges be?
- Develop and maintain integration processes using stored procedures in Oracle and MSSQL Server.
- Analyze functional requirements in the health sector and translate them into robust and scalable technical solutions.
- Maintain and optimize ETLs, jobs, and data replication or synchronization processes.
- Collaborate with development teams, technical support, and suppliers to ensure the proper functioning of integrations.
- Document the technical processes, data structures, and integration flows.
- Manage incidents and requests through ticketing tools.
- Ensure that all solutions comply with health data security and confidentiality regulations (e.g., HL7, HIPAA).
What do we expect from you?
- Proven experience of more than two years as a Programmer Analyst in Oracle and/or MSSQL Server environments.
- Proficiency in development with stored procedures, functions, triggers, and SQL query optimization.
Desirable
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON and XML.
- Experience in developing ETLs with tools such as Integration Services, Data Factory, etc.
- Knowledge of health sector data structures (HL7, FHIR, CDA).
- Experience in database management and performance monitoring.
