We are looking for someone with a functional perspective, technical awareness, and a focus on product value. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into clear, actionable stories for the product, design, and development teams. Your role is key to facilitating communication, identifying dependencies, and supporting build cycles in agile environments.

What will your challenges be?

  • Translate business requirements to technical teams (design, development, QA), collaborating in the identification of functional dependencies.
  • Evolve the business rules document based on the MVP and its modifications.
  • Maximize delivery value by prioritizing the product backlog, aligned with the Product Owner's vision.
  • Support the slicing of tasks with the team, based on the PO roadmap.
  • Create, detail, update, or discard user stories and tasks, performing continuous follow-up.
  • Coordinate refinements to achieve functional and technical clarity on features.
  • Manage the backlog transparently, ensuring visibility into the team's future work.
  • Answer functional questions from the technical team about the “what,” “why,” and “when.”
  • Maintain constant synchronization with the PO to prioritize and estimate future work.
  • Actively participate in the BAs chapter, promoting continuous improvement of the role.
  • Support the technical leader and PO in release planning, results validation, and delivery coordination (QA, PRE, PROD).
  • Manage production incidents and maintain up-to-date status visibility through the CRM tool.

What do we expect from you?

  • Understanding structured languages such as XML and JSON.
  • Ability to engage in technical conversations without programming.
  • General understanding of the software development cycle and API management.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test new applications or modifications to existing ones.
  • Implement improvements and perform application maintenance.
  • Provide support for the production of the applications under your responsibility.
  • Prepare technical documentation and participate in requirements refinements.
  • Estimate the effort required to develop new features.
