At IT Patagonia, we are looking to add a Business Analyst with strong technical and methodological experience. The selected candidate will work on medium- to high-complexity technology projects. Their role will be key in connecting business needs with the team's technical solutions..
What will your challenges be?
- Participate in the entire life cycle of technology projects.
- Gather requirements and perform functional analysis of complex processes.
- Document functional and non-functional specifications with high traceability.
- Propose solutions aligned with the needs of the business and the product.
- Coordinate projects by interacting closely with the technical teams.
- Track developments at each stage.
- Agree on the content of the work cycles (sprints) together with the product team.
- Contribute to the definition of the roadmap and the minimum viable product (MVP).
- Design functional documentation to facilitate integrations with third parties.
- Validate solutions through functional testing and support the production rollout.
- Interact with various internal and external stakeholders, including financial institutions and regulatory bodies.
- Keep the functional information of the organization's systems up to date.
What do we expect from you?
- Proven experience in business analysis (business analyst) within the technology sector.
- Expertise in functional analysis and design methodologies.
- Experience in project management and monitoring.
- Experience of collaborative work under agile methodologies.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira.
- Knowledge of application programming interfaces (APIs) and web services.
- Experience in generating technical specifications for system integrations.
- Knowledge of SQL queries for validating information in databases.
- Excellent soft skills (soft skills), including assertive communication and negotiation.
