What are we looking for in you?
The work of our UXers covers the design of solutions on multiple platforms: mobile, web and even self-service terminals, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and in various modalities, focusing on the agile modality.
We are looking for a proactive person who is passionate about finding user-centered solutions, with a focus on interaction and the ability to translate their solutions into interactive prototypes; someone who also values collaborative work, since we love working as a team; and who also has experience coordinating and facilitating ideation workshops.
- 3 years of experience in UX teams of at least 2 UX designers
- Experience in facilitating ideation workshops (designing, organizing and moderating it)
- Having participated in projects under Agile methodologies Participate in projects of large organizations, desirable financial.
- Creation of interactive prototypes, considering animations and micro interactions
- Intermediate/Advanced English
- Have training in Graphic Design, Systems, Industrial, or careers where user-centered design is studied. Good communication skills.
- Fluent handling of design and prototyping tools from the Adobe Suite
We value that you have previous experience and the following technical knowledge:- Moderating user tests
- Experience in visual and interactive web design and handling of interactive prototyping tools (XD, Figma).
- Having worked on software design projects for other companies.
- Knowledge of Design Thinking and Design Sprint. Mastery of concepts and techniques of User-Centered Design and Service Design.
- Ability to develop Personas, Customer Journeys, Service Design Blueprints, etc.
It is considered a plus
- Having worked in large financial institutions.
- User testing.
- Web, visual and interactive design.
- XD, Figma, Design Thinking and Design Sprint.
Responsibilities
- Identify the concerns of the different business areas and interact directly with their interlocutors.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure consistent, standardized designs.
- Design solutions based on qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
- Plan and manage time appropriately to deliver high-quality work on time for the projects in charge. Interact and collaborate effectively with users, developers, and product teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work on defining the information architecture and processes/flows of various products and services.
- Translate concepts into wireframes and interactive prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Define and execute tests with users
- Participate in the design of solutions on multiple platforms: mobile, web and even self-service terminals, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and in various
modalities, focusing on the agile modality. - Contribute your experience, actively participating in solving the design challenges of the entire team, respecting the guidelines and style guides of our Design System.
