At IT Patagonia, we are looking to add a profile to our IT strategy consulting team. We seek a committed and passionate individual to lead large-scale initiatives, fostering organizational evolution and talent development.

What will your challenges be?
- To guide the planning and execution of complex projects for various top-tier organizations.
- Building mutually trusting relationships with executive-level management positions (C-level).
- Lead the design of innovative business proposals and presentations.
- Promote methodologies specific to the organization.
- Specialize in strategic sectors such as banking, energy, or technology.
- To support the development, mentoring, and well-being of our talent.
What do we expect from you?
- Five to ten years of experience in strategic consulting or management roles in the IT industry.
- University degree and, preferably, a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, communication and emotional intelligence skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English or Portuguese.
What will you do in your day-to-day life?
- You will participate in high-level strategic meetings.
- You will facilitate brainstorming sessions to solve complex challenges.
- You will build relationships of mutual trust to design new business proposals.
