Responsibilities
- Participation in projects involving developments in applications related to electronic banking for corporate channels.
- Application maintenance and 2nd level production support for analysis and resolution of production incidents.
- Participation in technical/functional definition meetings.
- Log analysis and transactional messaging.
- Surveys, tracking and follow-up of incidents with external and internal clients.
