QA Lead

What are we looking for in you?
- Experience in banking leading large teams.
- Activities related to software testing.
- Test plan management.
- JIRA or similar (mandatory)
- Reporting with POWER BI (mandatory)
- Gherkin
- HP ALM, HP-QC, or similar
- XRay
- Versioning and CI/CD
- Virtualization of services and data
- Automation of test cases (Cucumber, Appium, Selenium, Kobiton or similar)
- Quality/coverage tools
- Performance/load/stress test (Apache, JMeter or similar)
Responsibilities
- Conduct training and awareness activities on the principles, methodology, practices and techniques, activities or tools to be used by QAs.
- Define objectives and metrics that allow measuring the adoption of the practice.
- Carry out measurements that include performance indicators, re-performances, and incidents, which allow for taking action and applying continuous improvement.
- Carry out periodic and preventive monitoring of QA activities.
