Buscamos una persona con experiencia en diseño de contenido digital para liderar la estrategia de UX Content Designer dentro del equipo. Esta posición requiere una mirada estratégica del contenido, con fuerte enfoque en la experiencia de usuario, la colaboración interdisciplinaria y el acompañamiento de procesos de diseño centrados en las personas.
What will your challenges be?
- Liderar espacios de trabajo colaborativo desde la perspectiva de UX Writing.
- Trabajar en conjunto con diseñadores UX y UI, en un marco de cocreación.
- Facilitar sesiones de contenido y liderar instancias de revisión.
- Realizar pruebas de usabilidad centradas en el contenido y analizar los resultados.
- Ajustar la estrategia de contenidos de acuerdo con los objetivos del negocio.
- Producir y validar contenido de calidad para interfaces y materiales de soporte.
- Promover buenas prácticas y tendencias actuales en diseño de contenido.
- Diseñar experiencias de usuario a partir del contenido, con una visión integral del producto.
It is considered a plus
- Having worked in large financial institutions.
- User testing.
- Web, visual and interactive design.
- XD, Figma, Design Thinking and Design Sprint.
Responsibilities
- Identify the concerns of the different business areas and interact directly with their interlocutors.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure consistent, standardized designs.
- Design solutions based on qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
- Plan and manage time appropriately to deliver high-quality work on time for the projects in charge. Interact and collaborate effectively with users, developers, and product teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work on defining the information architecture and processes/flows of various products and services.
- Translate concepts into wireframes and interactive prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Define and execute tests with users
- Participate in the design of solutions on multiple platforms: mobile, web and even self-service terminals, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and in various
modalities, focusing on the agile modality. - Contribute your experience, actively participating in solving the design challenges of the entire team, respecting the guidelines and style guides of our Design System.
