We are seeking someone with experience in digital content design to lead the UX Content Designer strategy within the team. This position requires a strategic approach to content, with a strong focus on user experience, interdisciplinary collaboration, and support for human-centered design processes.
What will your challenges be?
- Lead collaborative workspaces from a UX Writing perspective.
- Work together with UX and UI designers, within a co-creation framework.
- Facilitate content sessions and lead review sessions.
- Conduct content-focused usability tests and analyze the results.
- Adjust the content strategy according to business objectives.
- Produce and validate quality content for interfaces and support materials.
- Promote good practices and current trends in content design.
- Design user experiences based on content, with a comprehensive view of the product.
It is considered a plus
- Having worked in large financial institutions.
- User testing.
- Web, visual and interactive design.
- XD, Figma, Design Thinking and Design Sprint.
Responsibilities
- Identify the concerns of the different business areas and interact directly with their interlocutors.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure consistent, standardized designs.
- Design solutions based on qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
- Plan and manage time appropriately to deliver high-quality work on time for the projects in charge. Interact and collaborate effectively with users, developers, and product teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work on defining the information architecture and processes/flows of various products and services.
- Translate concepts into wireframes and interactive prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Define and execute tests with users
- Participate in the design of solutions on multiple platforms: mobile, web and even self-service terminals, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and in various
modalities, focusing on the agile modality. - Contribute your experience, actively participating in solving the design challenges of the entire team, respecting the guidelines and style guides of our Design System.
