En IT Patagonia buscamos un/a UX Content Designer Sr con más de 4 años de experiencia en el rol, para sumarse a equipos multidisciplinarios y liderar la definición de experiencias de usuario desde el contenido, con una mirada estratégica alineada a los objetivos del negocio y de la vertical.
What will your challenges be?
- Liderar y gestionar espacios colaborativos dentro del equipo desde la perspectiva de UX Content.
- Colaborar de manera cercana con diseñadores UX y UI para asegurar experiencias coherentes y centradas en el usuario.
- Facilitar y liderar sesiones de contenido, workshops y revisiones.
- Diseñar experiencias de usuario desde el contenido, aportando una visión integral de la vertical.
- Realizar pruebas de usabilidad de contenido y analizar resultados para iterar y mejorar las soluciones.
- Ajustar y evolucionar la estrategia de contenido en función de los objetivos del negocio.
- Crear, revisar y mantener contenido de alta calidad para interfaces de usuario y materiales de apoyo.
- Identificar, promover y aplicar mejores prácticas y tendencias emergentes en UX Content Design.
What do we expect from you?
- Minimum experience of 4 años en roles de UX Content Design / UX Writing.
- Capacidad para liderar instancias colaborativas y tomar decisiones desde una mirada estratégica.
- Excelente criterio para diseñar contenidos claros, consistentes y orientados a la experiencia del usuario.
- Experiencia trabajando en equipos multidisciplinarios y entornos ágiles.
- Habilidad para analizar resultados de pruebas y transformar insights en mejoras concretas.
- Muy buena comunicación, autonomía y visión de producto.
Responsibilities
- Identify the concerns of the different business areas and interact directly with their interlocutors.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure consistent, standardized designs.
- Design solutions based on qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
- Plan and manage time appropriately to deliver high-quality work on time for the projects in charge. Interact and collaborate effectively with users, developers, and product teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work on defining the information architecture and processes/flows of various products and services.
- Translate concepts into wireframes and interactive prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Define and execute tests with users
- Participate in the design of solutions on multiple platforms: mobile, web and even self-service terminals, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and in various
modalities, focusing on the agile modality. - Contribute your experience, actively participating in solving the design challenges of the entire team, respecting the guidelines and style guides of our Design System.
