At IT Patagonia we are looking for a Senior Cloud Architect to lead the design, evolution and operation of the cloud platform, with a focus on regulated environments, operational efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
¿What will your challenges be??
- Design and implement strategies for public and hybrid cloud, aligned with business requirements and banking compliance.
- Define and manage cloud infrastructure: security, monitoring, assets, costs, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate closely with teams of DevOps, development, security, IT governance and data.
- Define and recommend cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Serverless) based on efficiency, costs, and regulations.
- Managing cloud platforms: resources, tools, licenses, and cost optimization in environments MultiAccount.
- Provide support for third level and ensure quality technical documentation.
- Actively participate in environments Agile/Scrum, using Jira as a management tool.
What do we expect from you?
- Solid experience in design and implementation of cloud infrastructure.
- In-depth knowledge of AWS (minimum 3 to 5 years).
- Experience in:
- Landing Zones, VPC, Route Tables, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect.
- API Gateway, SSM, Resource Access Manager, Private Endpoints.
- Data services: S3, Glue (ETL), Athena and pipelines.
- Valid AWS certification (required).
- Experience in automation with IaC (CloudFormation/Terraform).
- Knowledge of cloud securityFirewalls, CASB, DLP, encryption.
- Experience in IaaS, PaaS and SaaS, in public and private cloud.
