At IT Patagonia we are looking for a ETL Developer SSR with experience in Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), to design, implement and validate data integration and migration processes in Hybrid environments (On-Prem and Cloud), ensuring quality, integrity and performance of the information.
What will your challenges be?
- Design and develop mappings, workflows and taskflows in PowerCenter and IDMC.
- Implement test cases to validate data integrity and performance.
- Carry out On-Prem vs Cloud validations, including:
- Test case design and data reconciliation (counts, checksums, and business rules).
- Parallel execution, data profiling, and discrepancy recording.
- Maintain and evolve existing processes in PowerCenter.
- Document procedures, results, and technical findings.
What do we expect from you?
- Proven experience in PowerCenter Informatics (development and maintenance of workflows and mappings).
- Experience in IDMC Computer Science (mappings, taskflows, parameterization and Secure Agent).
- Basic knowledge in Amazon Redshift (load management and query optimization).
- Domain of Advanced SQL and solid concepts ETL / ELT.
- Experience in data validation and reconciliation between different environments.
- Analytical thinking, results orientation, and good communication.
- Advanced university education or graduate
Desirable
- Certifications in Informatica PowerCenter, IDMC and/or AWS Redshift.
- Experience in cloud data migration projects.
- Experience in maintenance and migration of existing logic in PowerCenter.
